Strategic Planning
Digital Millennial Consulting provides strategic technology planning services for K-12 education institution. Services are typically provided to Local Education Agencies (LEA) and State Education Agencies (SEA). The primary goal of the strategic technology plan is to maximize the use of technology in order to increase student achievement. Secondary goals include the following: • Defining a vision for the SEA or LEA on the use of education technology. • Prepare staff and students on future effective uses of education technology resources. • Determine Gaps and understand current capabilities versus future needs. • Increase coordination and communication among staff and other LEAs or SEAs in order to minimize the duplication of effort. • Insure stakeholder buy in and support for new technology initiatives. • Meet all Federal and State Mandates including NCLB (E2T2) and USAC Guidelines for e-Rate. • Define all resource requirements necessary to implement the vision.
