The strategic plan will develop a comprehensive overview of the current capabilities of your organization and match them against the required competencies in the external market.  DMC and your organization will then be in a position to develop a blueprint for designing a comprehensive short term (12 months) and long term  (3-5) year strategic plan for the K-12 marketplace.  Recommendations that will be generated shall address strategic partnerships, technology development, sales structure, territory management, sales agents, and professional development and support services.
